- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Manage sign-in procedures and visitor logs
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work Monday–Friday on a consistent schedule
