Position: Kia Sales Consultant

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 annually, including base compensation and commission opportunities. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance, experience, customer satisfaction, and other job-related factors.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, benefits, technology, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Follow up on dealership leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
• Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records within dealership CRM systems.
• Stay informed regarding Kia products, incentives, promotions, and financing programs.
• Collaborate with management and finance personnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in dealership training programs and sales meetings.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership business hours.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Retail sales or customer service experience.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Schedule

Full-time position with availability during dealership operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles safely.
• Ability to use computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Ability to occasionally move and position vehicles on dealership property.
