Together, we can create lasting impacts that transcend medical treatment.HR Coordinator Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources ManagementMinimum 2 years experience in HRProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience with HR metricsSoft Skills In Employee RelationsRecruitment experience is not requiredKnowledge of HR and databasesBasic medical office/health agency knowledgeEffective oral and written communication skillsBasic Accounting knowledge including processing payrollHR Coordinator Responsibilities:Implement HR strategies and initiativesBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesDevelop and maintain protocol and timeline for new hiresPartner in the recruitment and selection process for employment based on staffing needsSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitalMonitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Responsible for operational and technical HR dutiesOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsReport to management and provide support as requestedEnsure legal compliance with all policies and regulations including but not limited to, accounting, confidentiality, unemployment claims, workers compensation, and leave of absence throughout human resource managementMaintain all accounting and HR records, invoices, and filesHR Coordinator Schedule & Benefits: Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 pmHealth, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO.Continuing Education Reimbursement.Ability to grow into a variety of different roles inside our team and organization including leadership opportunities.Powered by JazzHRZy9CrQ2osD
