What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Car Manager position at CROSSROADS FORD INC?
Represent Process and Sell units at designated dealer auctions for the companies. Set floors for the units and manage the sales process with the other Wholesale Managers.
Hand sell units for the companies to other franchise or independent dealers
Purchase units at auction on line or in person
Purchase units from other franchise and independent dealers
Handle the difficult appraisals such as Export, Salvage, Branded or TMU (True Mileage Unknown) and dispose of those units
Back up appraiser for the companies
Turn in reasonable expenses to management for reimbursement
Not responsible to attend regular management meetings unless requested
Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers,
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Any duties assigned by management necessary to fulfill the company’s needs.
