Director of Women's Ministry

We are seeking a full-time Director of Women's Ministry to lead and develop programs that empower women to grow in their faith and deepen their relationships with Jesus and others. The director will plan and oversee Bible studies, mentorship programs, and large events tailored to the spiritual and relational needs of women within the church. This is an on-site position in Mansfield, OH, requiring collaboration with church leadership, teams, and volunteers to support the overall vision and mission of Crossroads Church.

• Expertise in Women's Ministry and Discipleship, with a strong desire to foster spiritual growth in women
• Proficiency in Bible Study and Theology, with a foundational understanding of scriptural teachings
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage and connect with diverse groups effectively
• Organizational and leadership abilities to plan and execute programs and events
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in leading or coordinating church ministries is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry
