This full-time on-site role of Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach is based in Ashland, Ohio. The Assistant Coach will collaborate with the Head Coach to plan and execute team practices, games, and training sessions. Responsibilities include athlete skill development, recruitment of student-athletes, and supporting players' academic and personal growth. The Assistant Coach will also assist with game-day strategies, preparation, and administrative duties related to the team.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Volleyball and proven experience in Coaching or Training
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively mentor, instruct, and collaborate with athletes and staff
- Educational background relevant to the role, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field
- Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes while maintaining a supportive and disciplined team environment
- Experience in an educational or collegiate sports setting is a plus
