What You'll Do- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals.
- Coach salespeople through every stage of the sales process.
- Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Hold the team accountable to daily activity and follow-up expectations.
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
- Work closely with the General Manager to execute sales strategies and improve dealership performance.
- Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience.
We're searching for someone who:
- Has proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or top-performing Finance Manager ready for the next step.
- Brings relentless energy and urgency to work every day.
