What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative activities
- Encouraging student participation and confidence through chat engagement, recognition, and individual outreach
- Maintaining student focus, connection, and enthusiasm throughout learning sessions
- Providing operational support to lead educators to ensure workshops proceed without friction
- Serving as a community anchor and approachable figure across bilingual programming and extracurricular clubs
- Delivering academic instruction or subject matter content
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops independently
- Operating passively—this role demands active involvement and sustained energy

Basic Requirements
- Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- Minimum 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Excellent communication abilities and an energizing, student-centered approach with attention to detail
- Prepared to begin by the end of July
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
- Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or club facilitation
