We are hiring four individuals — one for each of our campuses in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. You will be responsible for all social content at your assigned campus from the start, with follower growth and engagement serving as the primary metrics for your performance. What You Will Be Doing
- Arriving on campus for 4–5 hours each weekday to document authentic student-athlete moments using your mobile device
- Editing and publishing to TikTok and Instagram Reels on the same day — native to the platform, rapid, and independent of approvals
- Analyzing performance metrics weekly (views, engagement, follower growth) to determine what resonates and the reasons behind it
- Refining hooks, formats, and content direction according to data insights rather than intuition alone
- Sustaining a consistent daily publishing rhythm without interruption
- Following a content calendar created by another team — you determine what to film and publish
- Creating highly produced content requiring multi-day production cycles
- Holding content for creative approval prior to publishing
- Working from a desk; this position is field-based, mobile device ready, every weekday

- Demonstrated history of TikTok and/or Instagram Reels activity with regular short-form video uploads
- Located in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Houston, TX; this position requires on-site presence during weekdays
- Able to commit 4–5 hours for on-campus content documentation each weekday, Monday through Friday
- Experience in athletics, youth sports, or educational settings — at ease working on the ground with student-athletes
- Proven instinct for trend timing — has successfully adapted trending formats to a particular subject, community, or specialized audience
- History of quantifiable account growth connected to a regular posting approach you can articulate
