Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort experiences genuine enthusiasm for school, progresses at 2× the typical rate, and achieves mastery in essential life skills. Zero exceptions.
Basic Requirements
- Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or closely related areas.
- Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
- Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
