Your portfolio includes community outreach, campus security, facilities coordination, logistics, and ongoing technology administration. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety protocol exercise, troubleshooting a technology concern, onboarding a colleague, or responding to a parent inquiry. What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central liaison for parents, students, and staff members, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Overseeing campus security functions, including entry management, health response, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Coordinating everyday campus functions such as attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation arrangements, and office workflow
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to guarantee seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, serving as the on-site technology contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary with routine, unchanging responsibilities
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or ensuring resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL; or Santa Monica, CA — or willing to relocate
