What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key liaison for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus security functions, including entry management, medical incidents, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising everyday campus functions including attendance tracking, facility management, transport arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Assisting with orientation and development for incoming staff to facilitate seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the central on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Performing tasks limited to a specialized, single-purpose administrative capacity
- Operating from a desk with routine, unchanging responsibilities
- Delegating challenges upward without taking ownership or driving solutions

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Bethesda, MD; Malibu, CA; Boston, MA; Kirkland, WA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
