You handle communication with parents and staff, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical continuity, and ensure technology functions dependably for everyone on site. You respond when systems fail, foresee challenges before they grow, and deliver structured calm to fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited coordination position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited for someone who excels with accountability, diversity of tasks, and execution. What You Will Be Doing
- Serving as a key contact point for parents, students, and staff to provide prompt, clear, and professional communication
- Directing campus safety functions including entry procedures, health responses, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent notifications
- Supervising daily campus operations such as attendance systems, transportation logistics, facility upkeep, and administrative functions
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new personnel to guarantee operational preparedness from the start
- Administering student devices and campus technology, functioning as the on-site Google Administrator and technical point person
- Delivering classroom instruction or supporting academic teaching
- Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
- Functioning in a strictly clerical or tightly limited capacity
- Working within a low-tempo or entirely predictable setting
- Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than taking ownership of results

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
- Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
