This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Serve as the primary trusted contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication.
- Manage daily campus operations, including arrival and dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch logistics, campus presentation, events, and facilities coordination.
- Address safety and student welfare matters, including access control, emergency drills, health situations, documentation, and parent communication.
- Oversee student devices and essential campus technology, including device setup, account support, troubleshooting, backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support.
- Establish trust with Guides, vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding standards.
What you won’t be doing
- Staying out of sight in a back office while others manage the parent and student experience.
- Delivering instruction, coaching Guides, or developing curriculum.
- Waiting for managerial approval to address every situation before taking action.
- Operating through multiple meetings when the campus requires an immediate resolution.
- Viewing facilities, devices, vendors, or lunch as outside your responsibility.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
- Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Fort Worth, TX (Southlake); Keller, TX (Fort Worth); Austin, TX (Spyglass); Houston, TX (Woodlands); Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate
