What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating customized motivational interventions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to optimize instruction and identify meaningful trends
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using real classroom feedback
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—academic content is delivered via AI-adaptive applications
Reading Interventionist key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Able to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
