What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K–12 students covering public speaking, concentration, and feedback delivery using established frameworks and practical examples
• Conducting daily coaching and motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and systematic incentive frameworks to drive 100% of students toward their learning objectives
• Administering Test2Pass evaluations to confirm students have achieved mastery of life skills, not merely participation
• Cultivating one-on-one relationships with students so your coaching transforms resistance into sustained engagement
• Utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) on a daily basis to customize learning strategies and enhance results

• Handling parents or taking ownership of parent correspondence

Life Skills Coach Key Responsibilities

Guide gifted K–12 students to accomplish years of academic advancement in months and cultivate robust life skills through exceptional coaching and motivational support.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least one objective measure of superior academic achievement (e.g., 3.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale, graduation with honors, academic distinctions, or admission to selective programs)
• 3 years of experience working with students in structured environments (schools, tutoring facilities, coaching initiatives, or enrichment programs)
• At least one specific example of substantial post-graduation accomplishment (e.g., PhD completion, accelerated advancement, exceptional performance evaluations, significant awards, or documented professional impact)
• Daily utilization of generative AI tools
• Able to work on-site in NYC or Miami (relocation assistance available)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
