What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions roles prioritize volume. This one is designed to safeguard standards.
2 Hour Learning partners with families who value precision, discretion, and evidence. Our approach condenses a traditional school day into two concentrated hours through AI-driven, mastery-based instruction. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. The remainder of each day is freed for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But success depends entirely on enrollment alignment.
This is your mandate.
You will lead the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a referral or transition role. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine fit. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is compatibility.
We welcome candidates from premium client-facing environments outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or entrepreneurial leaders who have directly overseen complex, high-value client experiences. What counts is your capacity to manage a nuanced, multi-phase engagement with discernment, transparency, and accountability.
If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service in settings where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality uphold the brand, this role will resonate—applied now to work that drives measurable change.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, Atlanta, and Palm Beach. Support for relocation is provided.
