The kindest thing you can tell a student who earned 99% is that they haven't passed. If that statement makes you uncomfortable, this role isn't for you. If it resonates, read on.

Alpha students complete their academics in two hours daily using self-directed, AI-enabled applications. No instructors. No lectures. No subject-based classroom oversight. This structure allows you to focus on work that genuinely shifts outcomes: facilitating dynamic workshops on topics like public speaking, concentration, and feedback; using live performance data to motivate students toward complete goal achievement; and developing the Guides who work with you on the ground.

A typical morning could begin with direct coaching of a Guide, analyzing performance indicators and pinpointing where a cohort is underperforming. By the middle of the day, you're running a structured workshop with students—executing a playbook exercise on constructive feedback exchange. Your afternoons often include motivational interventions: one-on-one student conversations, understanding individual motivators, and applying Alpha's incentive framework to re-engage a reluctant middle schooler. You manage your own cohort directly, ensuring you maintain the same capabilities you're building in others.

You're likely the outlier in traditional education: overly analytical, excessively goal-oriented, too ready to question standard practices around student development. Alpha may be the environment where you finally belong. You'll mentor Guides immediately, and as your results scale, your authority over campus program standards expands.

Uphold the benchmark. Transform the learner. Submit your application.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating structured one-hour workshops on life competencies (public speaking, concentration, feedback mechanisms) for elementary and middle school cohorts (K-8), executing Alpha's established playbook without deviation
  • Conducting motivational interventions using live student data and Alpha's reward infrastructure (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal attainment across your cohort
  • Developing Guides on program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring each coaching interaction yields specific performance improvements
  • Carrying your own student cohort concurrently while advancing the capabilities of other Guides
  • Monitoring student engagement metrics, completion percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators on a weekly cycle to identify and address performance gaps early

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Instructing or tutoring students in academic content. Academic learning happens through independent application use without adult supervision.
  • Creating curriculum or developing original lesson frameworks. Structured playbooks are provided; execution fidelity matters more than innovation.
  • Training Guides on instructional methods. Since Guides don't teach content, your focus is on their energy management, student motivation, and accountability practices.
  • Accepting 99% completion as passing. Maintaining the full standard demonstrates your belief in their capability to reach it.
  • Serving as the campus emotional safety net. Students receive both relational connection and direct feedback paired with meaningful accountability.
