What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting compelling, customized campus tours that highlight Alpha's distinctive educational commitments and convert prospective families into enrolled students.
- Cultivating relationships with potential families through consistent, thoughtful, and strategic communication throughout the admissions process.
- Upholding and monitoring all safety protocols while proactively identifying and addressing potential campus security concerns.
- Overseeing facilities maintenance with forward-thinking strategies, vendor coordination, and efficient management of repairs and improvements.
- Analyzing performance metrics across both admissions and operations to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate concrete outcomes.
- Classroom instruction or curriculum design – your expertise is focused on operational and enrollment excellence.
- Following inflexible procedures or adopting a reactive stance – we value your proactive leadership and initiative.
- Providing standardized, impersonal tours or sending template-based communications to prospective families.
- Working in isolation – your success depends on effective collaboration with staff members, parents, and external partners.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Proven track record in admissions, enrollment management, or customer-facing roles involving families or students
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Superior interpersonal intelligence and capacity to establish credibility and rapport quickly
- Proficiency with data management and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated work style with demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to working onsite at our Chantilly, VA location
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
