In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You hold accountability for community engagement, campus security, facilities coordination, and ongoing technology administration. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a device, facilitating new staff orientation, or responding to a parent inquiry. You are not merely maintaining continuity—you are building institutional trust.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety protocols, including facility access, health situations, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions including attendance tracking, facilities management, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to facilitate seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical point person and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a confined, single-task clerical capacity
- Performing routine, desk-bound work with minimal variation
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
