What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using clear, welcoming, and on-brand communication
- Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences from planning through post-event engagement
- Maintaining applicant data with full precision in CRM and admissions platforms
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to concerns, and capture key details
- Collaborating with campus staff and admissions colleagues to ensure seamless pipeline progression
- Determining admissions outcomes or establishing enrollment guidelines
- Delivering instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Pursuing families with high-pressure sales language or rigid scripts
- Operating within ambiguous, unstructured processes

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
