What You Will Be Doing
- Lead exceptional admissions experiences through personalized campus tours, information sessions, and enrollment discussions that enable families to choose Alpha with confidence.
- Act as ambassador for Alpha's flagship campus by hosting media representatives, international delegations, corporate partners, investors, education leaders, and other high-profile visitors.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective families by understanding their objectives and illustrating how Alpha's model enables students to achieve their full potential.
- Continuously enhance the flagship admissions experience by recognizing improvement opportunities at every touchpoint and creating best practices scalable across the network.
- Collaborate closely with campus leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure every visitor interaction exemplifies Alpha's dedication to excellence.
- Processing applications at a desk with limited human interaction. This role demands high visibility and relationship focus.
- Adhering to inflexible tour scripts or transactional enrollment methods. Each family and visitor requires a thoughtful, customized experience.
- Dedicating your time to administrative paperwork rather than engaging prospective families and distinguished guests.

Basic Requirements
- 5 years delivering premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, premium membership, high-value services, or owner-operated businesses).
- Demonstrated ownership of a complete admissions, enrollment, or consultative client journey, encompassing application, needs assessment, solution presentation, commitment, and onboarding.
- Demonstrated ownership of enrollment growth or a comparable high-value customer-acquisition objective, including proactive lead generation, local market or community partnership development, and measurable conversion or growth results.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent prospective clients or families across different pipeline stages using a CRM, database, or other documented tracking system.
- Ability to supply concrete examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to misalignment.
- Experience conducting in-person tours, presentations, consultations, or hosted experiences for prospective families, senior executives, VIP clients, or other high-profile visitors.
- Experience creating professional written communications for executives, high-net-worth clients, or other senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to live in or relocate within 60 days to Austin, TX.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience leading admissions, enrollment, guest experience, or customer success functions in a high-growth organization.
- Experience hosting executive-level visitors, media representatives, VIP clients, or public-facing events.
- Experience enhancing customer or visitor journeys through data, feedback, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions or customer relationship platforms.
