You will address inquiries promptly and with professionalism, arrange campus tours and shadow experiences, ensure applicant records remain accurate and complete, and facilitate meaningful conversations that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's approach aligns with their child's needs. This is not a support role conducted from the sidelines. You are visible, meticulous, and directly responsible for shaping the family experience at Alpha.

What You Will Be Doing
- Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and consistent with Alpha's values
- Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students
- Ensuring applicant records are precise and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to their questions, and capture their input
- Collaborating closely with campus staff and admissions leadership to ensure consistent progress for every prospective family
- Making final decisions regarding admissions or enrollment
- Teaching courses or contributing to classroom instruction
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or prescriptive scripts
- Operating in settings where expectations, standards, or goals are ambiguous

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
