What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses.
If you're someone who takes initiative and drives outcomes without waiting to be told, this role is designed for you. This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of one of Alpha's newest campuses and leave a lasting impact from the very beginning. You won't simply join an existing team—you'll actively shape its culture, establish operational standards, and advance as the campus expands.
Alpha is committed to doing more than preserving traditional education. We're creating something fundamentally better for students and their families. We seek an individual who can assume complete ownership of the family enrollment experience while managing the operational mechanics that ensure campus excellence.
This role goes far beyond conventional admissions work. You won't spend your days behind a desk sending templated emails or drowning in administrative tasks. You'll conduct impactful family tours, cultivate trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a tailored, seamless admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain a campus environment that is safe, compliant, and consistently prepared to welcome families with assurance.
Alpha is a K–12 private school reimagining childhood education. We combine adaptive technology with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery-based learning that equips students for life beyond assessments. In this position, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.
If you're prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to work that matters, we're interested in speaking with you.
