What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Director, gt.school - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions focus on communicating what a school provides. This role is designed to safeguard our standards.
GT School serves families seeking more than what a conventional classroom can deliver. Our students display remarkable academic capability and advance at a rate that demands depth, challenge, and deliberate structure. We create an environment where this caliber of ability is not merely accommodated, but anticipated.
Our approach is structured to meet students at their current level and propel them forward. Learning is tailored individually, advancement is monitored closely, and students are continually challenged to engage deeply and progress with assurance. Families seek us out for guidance on whether this intensity and velocity align with their needs, and for a learning setting that honors the genuine potential of their child.
In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for families evaluating whether GT School represents the appropriate environment for their child. Each message you compose and each conversation you facilitate will influence how families comprehend the program and envision their child's trajectory.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly managed high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while preserving program integrity.
Basic Requirements
GT School is revolutionizing education with AI, expert coaching, and 50 years of learning science. They blend cutting-edge tech with data-driven insights to unlock every student's full potential.
They're on a mission to disrupt the broken education system and unleash the true potential of gifted minds. Forget the one-size-fits-all approach that leaves brilliant students bored and disengaged.
This school has tossed the rulebook and created a modern learning environment powered by AI and guided by dedicated mentors. Their personalized approach accelerates learning - 2-6 times faster than traditional classrooms.
GT School students explore their passions, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to innovate.
Because that's where genius lies.
GT School is where gifted minds turn potential into power.

- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment
- Background in high-end hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions
- Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols
