As the catalyst, the coach, and the strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct – your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students. You will develop playbooks, establish feedback systems, and demonstrate exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional excellence
- Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – if our benchmark is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll coach Guides through dynamic, high-energy, interactive development experiences
Train and cultivate a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
