Your role: create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in scaling that curriculum to campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Evaluating student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Instructional Coach key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
