The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every dimension of their lives. This role fills the one gap they didn't realize existed.

You will be the person they reach out to when uncertainty surfaces, when instinct tells them something isn't right, or when they want to share a milestone they know you'll appreciate. You'll understand each family deeply enough to sense their needs before articulation—and you'll possess the judgment and composure to address what they bring with tact, genuine care, and apparent ease. Over time, you won't simply represent their child's school. You'll become woven into how they live through this formative period of their family's story.

Trust of this caliber isn't manufactured through systems. It emerges from presence—steady, daily, unrushed. You'll be accessible during morning arrivals and afternoon departures, at the evening gatherings that carry weight, and in the private conversations that never appear on any schedule. You'll cultivate a community families feel invested in protecting, where inclusion feels natural and referrals follow because the experience justifies them.

Alpha operates differently than conventional schools. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily using AI-driven applications, then dedicate remaining time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and applied projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationwide. Families choosing Alpha are investing in a vision they support—but conviction requires care.

You'll sustain that dialogue with every household, through every question, for the duration of their enrollment. If explaining an unconventional approach to discerning skeptics feels exhausting, this position isn't right for you. If it feels like the most compelling conversation you could lead, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of relationships with every family enrolled—the sustained, evolving connection that makes parents feel understood, not merely served
  • Identify and address potential concerns before they surface as issues, resolving them with discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves confidence
  • Maintain visible availability where families gather: morning arrival (7–9am), afternoon departure (2–4pm), evening parent programming, and select weekend occasions
  • Develop a campus culture with authentic depth—programs, rituals, and interactions that help families feel part of something valuable and worth safeguarding
  • Foster parent champions through natural engagement, delivering experiences so reliably strong that advocacy emerges organically
  • Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-enabled approach with families managing screen exposure questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but continuously throughout their campus tenure
  • Recognize when a family isn't aligned and manage that situation with the same care you apply elsewhere—preserving the community is integral to supporting it
  • Establish the systems and routines this role demands within an environment where precedent is still forming

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment—that falls to the Admissions Director; your responsibilities commence when families join and deepen thereafter
  • Operating from a desk—your visibility within the community defines the role
  • Adhering to standard 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are core to the position, not anomalies
  • Depending on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or full staffing—you function with significant autonomy and construct what's needed
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this position values authentic engagement, not procedural adherence

Director Of Strategic Partnerships Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted anchor for every family's Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence through challenging moments, cultivate a community where belonging feels intentional, and establish conditions under which satisfied families naturally become active advocates.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting range of one of these locations OR willing to relocate within 60 days (priority given to candidates with established local ties): Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas (Carrollton), TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston (The Woodlands), TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Legally authorized for U.S. employment without sponsorship
  • 5 years in a client-facing capacity serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—independent school admissions, premium hospitality, philanthropic advising, or any context where discretion, warmth, and interpersonal sophistication mattered as much as competence
  • Proven capacity to sustain relationships through complex situations with discerning families and maintain trust throughout
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—genuine rather than rehearsed
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education—either professionally or personally—that provides credible perspective when families express doubt about the model
  • Authentic conviction in AI-powered education and the capacity to sustain that belief credibly across years of family engagement, beyond initial enrollment discussions
  • Flexibility for variable hours: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening programming 2–3x/month, and occasional weekend participation

Nice-to-have Requirements

Exceptional candidates will possess at least one of the following:

  • Established connections within the local affluent network that would provide immediate, organic credibility on campus
  • Independent or private school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community cultivation—beyond enrollment metrics
  • Track record navigating sensitive family dynamics where your discretion and judgment were the foundation of sustained trust
  • Natural ability to design experiences—gatherings, moments, settings—where participants feel invested in something meaningful
  • Prior startup or early-venture exposure where you built infrastructure from scratch and maintained composure through rapid change
