The families who select Alpha maintain trusted advisors across every dimension of their lives. This is the relationship they haven't had access to—until now.

You will serve as the person they reach out to during uncertainty, when instincts signal concern, or when they wish to share milestones they know you will appreciate. You will understand each family intimately enough to foresee their needs ahead of articulation—and possess the judgment and composure to address whatever they present with discretion, empathy, and apparent ease. Over time, your role will extend beyond their child's education. You will become woven into the experience of this formative chapter in their family narrative.

This caliber of trust is not built through systems. It emerges from presence—consistent, daily, and unhurried. You will be accessible during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, at evening gatherings that hold significance, and during informal conversations that remain unscheduled. You will cultivate a community families instinctively protect, where inclusion feels organic and referrals occur because the standard of experience warrants them.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school model. Students complete core academics in two hours daily via AI-powered applications, dedicating remaining time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and applied projects. No conventional lectures. No redundant assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationally. The families selecting this path invest in something they value deeply—but conviction requires ongoing nurturing.

You will sustain that dialogue with every family, through every moment of uncertainty, for the duration of their enrollment. If articulating an unconventional educational framework to discerning skeptics sounds burdensome, this position will not suit you. If it represents the most compelling engagement you could pursue, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Steward the relationship with every enrolled family—the sustained, evolving connection that ensures parents feel recognized, not merely attended to
  • Identify concerns before they surface as explicit discussions, addressing them with discretion and interpersonal sophistication that preserves confidence
  • Maintain visible presence during key family touchpoints: morning drop-off (7–9am), afternoon pick-up (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend programming
  • Develop a campus community with authentic depth—rituals, traditions, and interactions that instill a sense of belonging to something families value protecting
  • Foster parent advocates organically, engineering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as the inevitable result
  • Sustain ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach with families managing screen time considerations, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but continuously throughout their campus experience
  • Recognize when a family does not align with the community and manage that reality with the same professionalism you apply universally—safeguarding the community is an aspect of service
  • Establish the frameworks and operational rhythms this position demands within an environment where formal guidance is still evolving

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment processes—that responsibility belongs to the Admissions Director; your engagement commences when families enroll and intensifies thereafter
  • Operating from behind a desk—community presence defines this role
  • Maintaining conventional 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening obligations are intrinsic to the position, not anomalies
  • Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or full staffing—you function with substantial autonomy and construct what the role requires
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role rewards authentic engagement, not procedural adherence

Director Of Partnerships And Community Outreach Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted relationship anchoring every family's Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence during challenging moments, cultivate a community where belonging feels meaningful, and establish conditions under which satisfied families transition into active advocates.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting proximity to one of the following campuses OR prepared to relocate within 60 days (priority given to candidates with established local community ties): Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas (Carrollton), TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston (The Woodlands), TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Legally authorized for U.S. employment without sponsorship requirements
  • 5 years in relationship-centered roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—private school admissions, premium hospitality, philanthropic advising, or contexts where discretion, warmth, and social acuity mattered as much as technical competence
  • Proven capacity to maintain relationships through challenging circumstances with sophisticated families while preserving trust
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—polished without appearing rehearsed
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education models—through professional experience or as a parent—providing credible perspective when families scrutinize the approach
  • Authentic conviction in AI-powered education and capacity to sustain that belief through years of parent engagement, beyond initial enrollment discussions
  • Flexibility for non-standard hours: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening events 2–3x monthly, and occasional weekend commitments

Nice-to-have Requirements

Outstanding candidates will possess at least one of the following:

  • Established connections within the local affluent community providing immediate, organic credibility on campus
  • Private or independent school background demonstrating family retention success and community cultivation—beyond enrollment metrics alone
  • Track record navigating high-stakes family dynamics where your judgment and discretion sustained trust through complexity
  • Natural aptitude for designing experiences—gatherings, moments, settings—that make people feel part of something they want to protect
  • Prior startup or early-stage organizational experience where you constructed systems from inception and maintained composure through rapid change
