What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, gt.school - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions are designed to showcase what a school provides. This one is built to safeguard standards.
GT School serves families seeking an educational experience beyond what traditional classrooms deliver. Our students exhibit exceptional academic capability and advance at a tempo that demands depth, challenge, and deliberate structure. We create an environment where this caliber of ability is not merely supported—it is expected.
Our approach is structured to meet students at their current level and accelerate them forward. Learning is personalized, advancement is meticulously monitored, and students are continually challenged to engage deeply and progress with confidence. Families approach us seeking clarity on whether this intensity and pace align with their child's needs, and for a learning environment that honors their child's true potential.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for families evaluating whether GT School is the appropriate environment for their child. Each message you compose and every conversation you facilitate will influence how families perceive the program and envision their child's educational trajectory.
We welcome candidates from premium service settings beyond conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership entities, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while preserving the program's integrity.
Basic Requirements
