What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
In most enrollment positions, the objective is volume. In this one, it's selectivity.
Alpha is constructing one of the most rigorous school frameworks in existence. Our locations combine demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, validated by measurable performance data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, independent work, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling aligned families.
This is your responsibility.
You will lead the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for the family's full experience, the clarity with which they understand our model, and the integrity of enrollment decisions. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not maximizing headcount. The objective is ensuring fit.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, luxury hospitality environments, executive concierge roles, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally overseen high-value client relationships from beginning to end. What we value is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, phased engagement process with sound judgment, precision, and accountability.
If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service in contexts where reputation, confidentiality, and experience quality are paramount, this role will resonate—now applied to work that measurably improves educational outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
