What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Where most enrollment positions prioritize throughput, this one is designed to uphold rigor.
Alpha is developing a school model recognized as one of the most forward-thinking in the world. Our campuses integrate demanding academics with technology-enabled instruction and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable performance data. Afternoons shift focus toward deeper exploration, independent work, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling families who align with it.
This is your focus.
You will be accountable for the complete enrollment experience at a single campus, from the initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a role where responsibility is divided or passed along. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their decision to enroll is informed and intentional. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is mutual fit.
We welcome candidates whose backgrounds include premium client service outside conventional education settings: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive client management, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurial roles managing premium client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your proven ability to lead a high-touch, phased engagement with sound judgment, transparency, and disciplined execution.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where credibility, professionalism, and client experience shape brand identity, this position will resonate—with the distinction that the work here produces lasting educational impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring across Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
