You will become the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises, when something doesn't sit right, or when they want to share a milestone they know you'll appreciate. You will understand each family deeply enough to sense what they need before they articulate it—and you'll possess the judgment and composure to address whatever they bring with discretion, warmth, and effortless professionalism. Over time, your role will extend beyond their child's education. You'll become woven into the way they experience this season of family life.

That level of trust isn't generated by a system. It emerges from presence—daily, steady, and unrushed. You'll be visible during morning arrivals and afternoon departures, at evening gatherings that carry weight, and in unscheduled one-on-one exchanges that never appear on a calendar. You'll cultivate a community families care about protecting, where inclusion feels natural and referrals occur because the experience merits them.

Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete core academics in two hours daily using AI-driven applications, then dedicate the remainder of their time to public speaking, critical thinking, and practical projects. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationwide. The families selecting this model are investing in something they value—but conviction requires nurturing.

You'll sustain that dialogue with every family, through every uncertainty, for the duration of their child's enrollment. What You Will Be Doing

  • Take ownership of the relationship with every family at your campus—the evolving, deepening connection that ensures parents feel recognized, not merely attended to
  • Identify concerns before they surface as conversations, and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust
  • Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning arrivals (7–9am), afternoon departures (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend programming
  • Develop a campus community with authentic depth—events, rituals, and engagement points that help families feel part of something they value protecting
  • Foster parent advocates naturally, designing experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge as an organic result
  • Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-driven model with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic doubts—not only during enrollment, but across their entire campus tenure
  • Recognize when a family is not aligned and manage that situation with the same care you apply to all interactions—safeguarding the community is integral to serving it
  • Establish the systems and routines this role demands in a setting where the framework is still taking shape

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment—that responsibility belongs to the Admissions Director; your work starts when families enroll and deepens thereafter
  • Operating from behind a desk—your community presence defines the role
  • Adhering to standard 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are integral, not occasional
  • Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what's needed
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role values authentic connection, not procedural adherence

Director Of Enrollment Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted relationship anchoring every family's Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence during challenging moments, cultivate a community where belonging feels meaningful, and establish the conditions under which satisfied families become enthusiastic advocates.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently live within commuting distance of one of these campuses OR willing to relocate within 60 days (preference given to candidates with established local community ties): Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • 5 years in a relationship-focused role serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—such as private school admissions, luxury hospitality, philanthropic advising, or any context where discretion, warmth, and interpersonal fluency were as critical as competence
  • Proven capacity to sustain relationships through challenging situations with sophisticated families and maintain trust throughout
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—polished but not performative
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or non-traditional education—either professionally or as a parent—that provides credible perspective when families challenge the model
  • Authentic conviction in AI-powered education and the capacity to carry that belief consistently through years of parent engagement, not solely during initial enrollment
  • Flexibility for non-standard hours: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening events 2–3x/month, and occasional weekend commitments

Nice-to-have Requirements

Exceptional candidates will possess at least one of the following:

  • Established connections within the local affluent community that would provide immediate, organic integration on campus
  • Private school or independent school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community building—beyond enrollment metrics alone
  • Experience managing high-stakes family dynamics where your judgment and discretion were the foundation of sustained trust
  • Natural talent for designing experiences—gatherings, moments, settings—that make people feel they're part of something meaningful and worth defending
  • Prior startup or early-stage organization experience where you created from scratch and remained steady through rapid change

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
