The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every facet of their lives. This is the relationship they haven't yet formed.

You will become the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises, when intuition signals something isn't quite right, or when they wish to share a milestone they know you will appreciate. You'll develop familiarity with each family sufficient to foresee their needs ahead of articulation—and you'll possess the judgment and composure to address whatever they present with discretion, genuine care, and seamless execution. Over time, your role will extend beyond their child's education. You'll become woven into how they navigate this defining period of family life.

That depth of trust is not established through protocol. It emerges from presence—daily, reliable, and unhurried. You'll be a visible fixture during morning arrivals and afternoon departures, at evening gatherings that hold significance, and in private conversations that never appear on any agenda. You'll cultivate a community families instinctively defend, where inclusion feels organic and referrals arise naturally from the quality of experience.

Alpha operates outside traditional educational frameworks. Students complete core academics in two hours daily via AI-powered platforms, then dedicate remaining time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and applied projects. No conventional lectures. No redundant assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationally. The families investing here are purchasing something they value deeply—but conviction requires sustained support.

You'll sustain that dialogue with every family, through every hesitation, for the duration of their enrollment. If advocating for an unconventional approach to discerning skeptics feels burdensome, this position is not aligned with your strengths. If it represents the most compelling work you could undertake, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assume ownership of relationships with every enrolled family—cultivating ongoing, deepening connections that ensure parents feel recognized, not merely accommodated
  • Identify potential concerns proactively and address them with the discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves confidence
  • Maintain consistent visibility in family-facing moments: morning arrivals (7–9am), afternoon departures (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend programming
  • Develop a campus culture with authentic dimension—programming, traditions, and engagement points that foster a sense of belonging to something worth safeguarding
  • Generate parent advocates through organic cultivation, delivering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals occur as a natural result
  • Sustain the dialogue around Alpha's AI-powered methodology with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment but throughout their campus tenure
  • Recognize when a family alignment is inappropriate and manage that situation with the same professionalism applied universally—protecting community integrity is central to service
  • Establish the frameworks and routines this position demands within an environment where operational precedents are still forming

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment processes—that responsibility belongs to the Admissions Director; your function commences when families commit and intensifies thereafter
  • Operating from an office—community presence defines the role itself
  • Maintaining standard 9–5 schedules—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening obligations are integral, not occasional
  • Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or complete staffing—you function with substantial autonomy and create necessary structures
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role rewards authentic engagement, not procedural adherence

Director Of Enrollment Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted relationship anchor for every family's Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence through challenging moments, build a community where belonging feels purposeful, and establish conditions under which satisfied families naturally become enthusiastic advocates.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses OR willing to relocate within 60 days (preference for candidates with existing community roots): Scottsdale, AZ; Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Park City, UT; Chantilly, VA; or Kirkland, WA
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5 years in relationship-focused roles serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—contexts such as private school admissions, luxury hospitality, philanthropic development, or any setting where discretion, warmth, and interpersonal fluency equaled technical competence
  • Proven capacity to navigate relationships through difficult situations with sophisticated families while preserving trust
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds credibility rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—polished without appearing rehearsed
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or non-traditional education—through professional experience or as a parent—that provides legitimate credibility when families challenge the model
  • Sincere conviction in AI-powered education and capacity to maintain that authenticity across years of parent relationships, not solely during enrollment discussions
  • Availability for adaptive scheduling: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening events 2–3x/month, and occasional weekend activities

Nice-to-have Requirements

Exceptional candidates will have at least one of the following:

  • Established connections within the local affluent community providing immediate, organic integration on campus
  • Private school or independent school background with documented success in family retention and community cultivation—beyond enrollment metrics alone
  • Background managing high-stakes family dynamics where your judgment and discretion were the foundation of sustained trust
  • Natural ability to design experiences—events, moments, environments—that make people feel part of something worth defending
  • Prior startup or early-stage exposure where you built from scratch and maintained composure amid rapid change
