What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most rigorous school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoon hours are devoted to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will lead the admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a segmented function. You own how families perceive us, how well they comprehend the model, and whether their enrollment decision reflects genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate substantive discussions, and recommend against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What matters is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality are brand-defining, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that measurably improves outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are recruiting in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls well-aligned families while safeguarding the academic rigor and operational performance of the Alpha model.

They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
