What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions and Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
In most enrollment positions, the focus is on driving numbers. This role is designed to uphold excellence.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely advance beyond national learning standards, supported by measurable results. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, self-directed learning, and practical competency development. The model is proven. But its success depends entirely on enrolling compatible families.
This is your responsibility.
You will oversee the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial contact and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role where you hand off tasks to others. You are accountable for the quality of the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and ensuring enrollment choices are made with proper understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is strategic fit.
We welcome applicants from high-end service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have independently directed premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, phased process with sound judgment, transparent communication, and consistent execution.
If your professional background includes providing exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experience caliber shape the brand identity, this role will be recognizable—simply directed toward work that produces measurable impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
