What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, Alpha (Remote) - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions focus on maximizing volume. This position exists to safeguard quality.
Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely achieve learning velocity that exceeds national benchmarks, validated by measurable data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is proven effective. But effectiveness depends entirely on enrolling families who align with our approach.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment pathway for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a coordination role. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are grounded in appropriate reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when that represents the correct conclusion. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, clarity, and consistent follow-through.
If your career has centered on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experiential quality define the brand, this role will be recognizable, simply directed toward work that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring for Seattle and Park City. Relocation assistance is provided.
