What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
- Remote
- W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada
- $100K/yr
Alpha students complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then devote the remainder of their time to developing real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We're positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single touchpoint: the admissions process. That's your domain.
This role demands a premium, white-glove approach designed for HNW/UHNW families — not transactional workflows or call scripts. You'll shepherd the complete admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial contact through final transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. You'll screen inquiries, support families in their evaluation, and deploy AI tools to handle administrative tasks so your energy stays where it belongs: building relationships, driving conversion, earning trust.
You'll transform a hesitant parent into a passionate champion, and become the person a family remembers when their child succeeds. If you want a position where high-stakes relationship management intersects with high-velocity execution, and where AI is foundational rather than theoretical, submit your application now.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions process for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Screening inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communication, scheduling, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove experience at every stage.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate routine tasks, and minimize manual overhead.
- Following scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discretion, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Navigating bureaucracy — you won't be delayed by interdepartmental clearances or dependency on others to execute.
- Coordinating campus tours, open houses, or recruitment events — your value is delivered through direct engagement, not event management.
Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.
Basic Requirements

- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience orchestrating multi-phase processes from inquiry to commitment.
- Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation, and strategic workflow management.
- Established ability to execute details without error — including documentation, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family availability.
- Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — settings where discretion and refinement are essential.
- Established connections or presence within affluent family networks.
- Knowledge of Alpha's approach or background in K-12 private education or EdTech.
