What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
You are the individual who ensures everything functions seamlessly. When a campus operates effectively, students experience security, staff maintain concentration, and parents place their confidence in the institution. This level of excellence is not accidental. It results from someone skillfully managing countless operational details daily—with precision, responsiveness, and attention.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking educational models. We integrate demanding academic standards, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and educators. This position ensures the non-instructional dimensions of campus life meet the same rigorous standards as our academic programs.
In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You hold accountability for community relations, campus security, facility logistics, and ongoing technology support. At any given time, you might coordinate an emergency drill, troubleshoot a technical issue, facilitate new staff integration, or respond to a parental inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintaining systems—you build institutional trust.
This is a practical, on-campus position designed for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, remain composed during challenges, and commit to maintaining exceptional service standards. If you seek work where your actions directly influence student safety, staff productivity, and family confidence, this role provides genuine autonomy and meaningful impact.
