What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Support Specialist, Alpha - $90,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This in-person role is located on our Chantilly, VA campus.
At Alpha, you won't just talk about changing lives through education—you'll make it happen. This role is the front line of growth and guardianship: the person who convinces families to join our school and ensures that once they do, their children learn in a safe, well-run environment.
Unlike most school-based positions, this job fuses admissions ownership with hands-on campus operations. You'll be the voice families trust during their decision process, and the steady hand that keeps daily safety and facilities running so teachers can focus on delivering exceptional learning outcomes.
Alpha is a fast-scaling school where ambition meets structure. Families join because they believe in our three commitments—and they stay because every detail of the experience, from the admissions tour to the drop-off line, reinforces trust. If you're excited by the idea of driving both growth and excellence in a high-impact, mission-driven environment, this is where you'll thrive.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver increased student enrollment while maintaining a safe, compliant, and smoothly run campus environment that allows the guides to focus solely on delivering educational outcomes.
