What You Will Be Doing
- Reaching out to newly generated inbound leads within a 24-hour window and beginning admissions discussions via telephone
- Describing Novatio School's virtual educational framework and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
- Maintaining systematic follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application completion to final enrollment
- Recording all engagement activities in a CRM with precise documentation, designated next actions, and current pipeline status
- Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect prospective family information
- Allowing inbound inquiries to remain unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
- Adhering to inflexible scripts or functioning within a high-volume call center framework
- Participating in events without actively engaging in presentations or lead generation
- Devoting most of your working hours to back-office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand

Basic Requirements
- Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
- 1–2 years of background in customer service or another role involving direct customer interaction
- Prior experience engaging with children or families (educational settings, camps, childcare facilities, tutoring services, or comparable environments)
- Confident conducting regular phone conversations and supporting families through processes with multiple stages
- Proficient verbal communication abilities with capacity to quickly establish credibility and trust
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital systems for lead management
- Background in admissions operations, enrollment coordination, inside sales functions, or lead qualification activities
- Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community gatherings or outreach initiatives
- Academic preparation or professional history in communications, education, or a related discipline
