What You Will Be Doing
- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through clear, professional communication that reflects Alpha's standards
- Designing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences from planning through post-event follow-up
- Ensuring applicant records remain complete and accurate across CRM systems and admissions tools
- Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to questions, and document key information
- Partnering with campus staff and admissions team members to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process
- Making final enrollment decisions or shaping admissions policy
- Delivering instruction or managing academic programming
- Relying on aggressive sales methods or templated messaging
- Working within an undefined or slow-paced setting

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
