What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
As the first person families interact with when considering where to enroll their child, you will define their initial impression of Alpha. Each email you craft, each event you organize, and each interaction you facilitate will determine whether a family gains the confidence to choose our school. This role is built for someone who values accuracy, attentiveness, and authentic relationship-building, and who recognizes that trust develops through consistent, thoughtful execution.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking educational models. Our school sites integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. The admissions function is where this mission becomes tangible. Prospective families are not simply seeking data. They are seeking clarity, assurance, and proof that Alpha delivers meaningful differentiation.
In this capacity, you will oversee the complete journey for prospective families beginning with their initial outreach. You will deliver timely and considerate responses, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, ensure applicant information remains current and precise, and help parents assess whether Alpha aligns with their objectives. This is a high-visibility, relationship-centered position in which you directly affect enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-site, high-tempo role based in San Francisco for someone capable of balancing competing demands with precision and attention. If you take satisfaction in transparent communication, reliable execution, and supporting families in making informed decisions, this position provides considerable autonomy and influence.
