You will manage the complete admissions experience for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-tier service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they navigate their decision, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what truly drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communication, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a white-glove experience at every stage.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM solutions (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine correspondence, and minimize manual overhead.
- Following scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks — you won't be constrained by internal approvals or dependent on others to move forward.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.
Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions process that builds lasting family trust and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.
Basic Requirements
- 3 years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions coordination, luxury retail, philanthropic development, executive search).
- Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
- Confirmed ability to work confidently with AI-driven tools, automation systems, and workflow optimization.
- Established track record of flawless detail management — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, CRM discipline, and instinctive judgment about confidential information.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
- Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated commitment to transforming education.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
