What You Will Be Doing
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online

Basic Requirements
- Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
- 2 years in customer-facing roles such as admissions, enrollment, events, or similar capacities
- Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and detail-focused
- Keen eye for detail and proven ability to maintain precise applicant records or CRM information
- At ease managing both remote responsibilities and in-person campus duties
- Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
