- Addressing prospective family inquiries within 24 hours through clear, professional messaging aligned with Alpha's standards
- Designing and delivering admissions programming, campus tours, and shadow day experiences from logistical planning to follow-up engagement
- Ensuring comprehensive and precise applicant documentation across CRM systems and admissions tools
- Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's educational approach, respond to concerns, and document key observations
- Partnering with campus staff and admissions team members to support a cohesive and streamlined admissions process
- Rendering final admissions verdicts or shaping enrollment policies
- Delivering classroom instruction or directing academic programming
- Applying aggressive sales methods or relying on templated messaging
- Working within an ad hoc or slow-paced organizational structure

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
