Position: Investment Banking Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $95–$115/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time, project-based with potential ongoing engagement
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Review methodologies including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
- Create realistic investment banking scenarios such as deal screening and due diligence
- Annotate and validate data across financial analysis and capital structure use cases
- Provide feedback on AI accuracy in financial terminology, regulations, and deal processes
- Collaborate with research teams to improve evaluation frameworks
Requirements
- Strong experience in investment banking across M&A, ECM, DCM, or leveraged finance
- Strong experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong understanding of deal execution workflows and capital markets
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial regulations and documentation standards
- Professional certifications such as CFA or Series licenses are a plus
