Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete (typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role in a manufacturing environment. Previous production or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. This is not a warehouse-only position.
Responsibilities
- Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
- Assemble doors on a production line while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Machine doors for hardware installation using production equipment.
- Prepare and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process.
- Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus.
- General knowledge of building materials.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Experience using tape measures and other basic hand-held measuring tools.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shift.
