Project Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and calendars with transition leads
- Facilitate team meetings, documenting minutes and tracking action items
- Validate and analyze orders using automated VRD processes to ensure data accuracy
- Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity
- Track project progress, tasks, and performance metrics; provide regular status reports
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, IT Operations, Networking, and Development
- Manage project changes and update schedules accordingly
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders to support project success
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, telecom operations, or order management
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and data control
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to pass a Public Trust Clearance (government contract requirement)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting VoIP network migrations or telecom environments
- Background in stakeholder management, risk management, and scheduling
- Customer service mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- PMP and/or ScrumMaster certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
