Procurement Specialist Responsibilities
- Purchase non-complex materials and services.
- Purchase from existing master agreements.
- Provide reports in support of internal auditing, Sarbanes-Oxley testing, and internal self-assessments.
- Maintain and analyze contract management software files.
- Complete new vendor request forms.
- Support administration of procurement-managed programs.
- Follow and support all purchasing processes and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients and suppliers in resolving invoice issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Supply chain experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize work and work independently.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with computers.

- Intermediate level.
- Typically up to approximately 4 years of experience performing this job function.
